Episode 2:  He is so Worth It! 

Not just kids, but many of us in churches today, involve ourselves in something that may become routine for us and we never really know the why behind what we do.  That is worship.  You see, our God is so big, so awesome, and there are no words that we can use to show how great He is.   So when we have an opportunity every Sunday to show the God of the universe that we love him and are thankful.  But are we really do that.  As humans, we  tend to worship and give our attention to whatever we think is most important to us, what ever we think is worth it. There are lots of things in a child’s life as well in our own that can cause us to give our praise to objects, people, or just other stuff.  We see it all the time in sports, entertainment, and even in the church world, people getting excited and loosing control in how we react to these thing.

These earthly things are not worthy it, our God is so worth it.  We should give him our praise not just on a one day event but all the time.  Many of us don’t have this type of worship as a lifestyle but it should be.  The basic truth is this, when we discover how great and loving God is, when we begin to discover and know more about our God, there is nothing else to do than to praise him and show him how much we value him, how much he means to us.  Below are a few things that we talked about with our kids this past Sunday on discovering why our God is Worthy.  We hope you spend some time with your families this week and focus on how worthy our God is of our praise, time, love, and our lives.
